Conventional psychological and psychotherapeutic approaches usually only provide explanations rather than solutions, draw attention to what cannot be changed, and encourage people to see themselves as victims of their childhood/biological or genetic predisposition/your family or oppression. Problems are thus experienced as unchangeable.

Systemic therapy is an independent psychotherapeutic procedure with a variety of methods and areas of application. Originally developed from family therapy, today it is applied in work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. It views the individual in the relational context of his or her environment and sees symptoms as an expression of certain relational patterns. Therapeutic interventions aim to make patterns clear, activate resources, and expand the participants' possibilities for action.

Acceptance-Commitment-Therapy directs the view away from evaluations and more towards the values of the people. In this way, we can learn to deal with unchangeable conditions and uncertain outcomes of situations. And thereby perceive our life as fulfilling and worth living. It also helps us to recognize (new) ways to make our goals more achievable, or at least to shape their journey to them positively.

My work is characterized by an appreciative and resource-oriented attitude. People who come to me have often already gone a long way, in which they have already made several attempts to solve their problems.

With a lot of humor and positivity, I would like to invite you to find out together with me which solution strategies are the right ones for you and which resources are slumbering in you and only need to be brought to light.
