You have the keys to the solution, you just need to know where to look.

Acceptance, solution and resource oriented

Do you do the same thing over and over again? And still expect different results? Those struggling with intractable problems know in principle that change will not happen this way, but often find no alternative.

Perhaps you are depressed, anxious, or uncertain about the future, or you simply feel that you are not living the life that was meant for you. Whatever your needs may be, I would like to offer you my support.

Online psychological counseling is a process of growth and self-awareness. In my sessions I encourage changes in behavior and or thinking by promoting acceptance of the unchangeable, a positive outlook where possible, and acceptance of new attitudes and reactions. However, since this is not passive acceptance, changes in actions and behavior follow from this in order to live life and be the person you want to be. These changes need to be done by you!

Systemic therapy, as well as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), are helpful for burnout, depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, crises, and critical life experiences, among others.

I look forward to working with you to look at your personal life story and seek individual solutions. Appreciative, respectful and with humor.

I am not what happens to me, I am what I choose to be. Carl Young
